Merit Badges can be earned at Summer Camp, meeting
with merit badge counselors one on one, attending group classes or
attending merit badge days. Below is a list of events and classes to
assist in earning merit badges.
Merit Badge Books:
Scouts can buy their own copy from the Scout shop or borrow them
from the troop 783 Library see Merit Badge Book List
Merit Badge Days:
All Scouts must be in
full Class A uniform (except sash), have a merit badge book with them and a
Scoutmaster signed blue card.
Merit Badges Offered at the Scout
Shop in San Pedro. To register please call as classes are
limited. Also fill out a registration form at
http://www.cabrilloyouthcamp.org. You must bring the registration
form and payment prior to class to secure your space in the class. All
Scouts must be in full Class A uniform (except sash) for all classes and
bring a pencil/pen, paper, merit badge book and Scoutmaster signed blue
card to the first meeting.
